This collection of photographs from different locations, intentions, and decades as a whole expresses my love of detail and richness.

I think a lot about the subtle nature of things expressed through composition. The point of view of the presentation tells you more about the image.

Whether it be a vintage tutu from "Western Symphony" of the New York City Ballet collection expressing the movement of the can-can line in a saloon on stage, or a candid portrait, closed eyes and laughing with a certain tilt of the head or a hand, the final image should offer more than its subject.
