Carin Ingalsbe is a graduate of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University. Her focus over many years has been working with pastels, painting, and printmaking. She has been photographing vintage clothing, natural elements, and older objects for several years. She has be working on the ballet costume project for the last three years.

All of the photographs are digital images that have been printed as Chromogenic Prints, also known as C-Prints. The prints are on Kodak Endura paper for its excellent archival stability. All prints are flush mounted on a substrate of styrene board known for its smooth surface and archival qualities.
